Responsibilities and duties

The main challenges as a SPECIALIST PERSON - FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE PROJECTS are:


  • Customer Service Operational Model: Design and review the ideal service structure (who does what, where, and how), performing constant diagnostics to identify functions that should be centralized or internalized;
  • Strategic Efficiency Roadmap: Consolidate the initiatives of the coordinations into a master plan for evolution, ensuring that automation and process projects are synchronized with business goals;
  • Transformation Business Cases: Prepare technical and financial feasibility studies for major operational changes, using data modeling to justify investments (CAPEX) and cost reductions (OPEX);
  • Strategic Direction for Squads and Processes: Establish macro guidelines and OKRs for initiatives that impact service channels, ensuring that the development of new features responds to a strategic need and not just a tactical one;
  • Channel Synergy Matrix: Define the coexistence and overflow rules between digital and human channels, aiming to "shield" in-person and phone service through AI efficiency;
  • Service Efficiency Report: Produce critical analyses of management performance, identifying inefficiencies and proposing immediate course corrections.

Requirements and qualifications

We are looking for professionals with:


  • Full higher education degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
  • Post-graduation or MBA in Strategic Management, Finance, or Customer Experience will be considered a differentiator;
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) applied to project management;
  • Knowledge in Design Thinking, focused on building customer-centric solutions;
  • Experience in customer journey mapping (Service Design) and identifying improvement opportunities;
  • Knowledge in corporate finance, including reading and analyzing income statements (P&L) and cash flow;
  • Certifications such as COPC or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) will be considered differentiators.

Additional information

Work Location: Barra da Tijuca - RJ (Montreal Building)

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, with flexibility options from 8am to 5pm.
