Description

Design and test computer programs, making changes according to analysts' specifications, meeting the operational processes necessary for data processing, using methods and techniques appropriate to the equipment and applications they are intended for.

Responsibilities and duties

• Develop medium and high-complexity systems/routines, identifying and specifying improvements, considering market needs and alignment with Betha's strategy, validating proposals and solutions with stakeholders, ensuring they meet quality and performance requirements;
• Research, identify, and analyze solutions, performing functional and/or structural analysis;
• Implement changes to systems according to specifications, evaluating the impact of changes, aiming to ensure system integrity;
• Monitor interfaces with other areas and/or organizations;
• Contribute to project/operations and version planning, proposing improvements and identifying technical risks;
• Estimate effort/size for the execution of analysis and development;
• Define and/or conduct activities related to your area of expertise;
• Exercise situational leadership of the programmer team, guiding and providing technical support to the team.
• Promote best development practices, offering training and mentoring to improve the team's skills.

Requirements and qualifications

• Complete higher education in development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering;
• Logical and mathematical thinking;
• Postgraduate degree in related areas;
• Problem-solving techniques;
• Project management;
• Knowledge in UML;
• Project development methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge in Java 1.8 (Spring and/or JavaEE) and AngularJS

Nice to have

• Knowledge in data migration processes (ETL).
• Practical knowledge in the Python programming language.
• Knowledge in Public Management systems.
