- Responsibility for Brazil digital applications team, including management, mentoring and professional advancement.
- Responsibility for resource planning and budgeting of activities in his/her area, will plan with compliance and collaborations in mind
- Design and verify the suitability of the solutions with the technological trends and strategy of IT, as well as with a proper user experience in mind
- As part of his/her role, will be responsible for standardization, code maintenance and knowledge retention in the areas of innovation development
- Development and technological advancement, including the revealing of new development and technologies
- Support and accompaniment of application development activities, including leading the implementation of innovative tools
- Responsible for improving and optimizing of work processes
- Continuous measurement and improvement of the performance of his/her team and the suppliers he/she work with
- Monitoring and accompanying key projects, at risk and / or in a critical path to success
- Perform escalations at all levels required in solving complex problems.
- Responsibility for QA routines
💪 Department:
- The unit is responsible for non-ERP development streams including opensource and low-code technologies
- The unit is responsible for Brazil innovation including standardization, CYBER impact (joint responsibility with infrastructure and CISO units)
- The unit lead operations activity and projects in the following disciplines Fullstack, RAD (PowerBI, PowerApps), SAP Fiori, RPA Automation, AI/ML, BPM.
- The unit is functioning as Development and support entity for Digital products including measurement, UI/UX and continuous improvements.
- The unit is responsible for the performance, capacity and licensing of the systems in its area.
- Responsibility for a quick and structured Root-Cause-Analysis processes for digital products
✅ Qualifications:
 Education:
- Academic from a relevant discipline (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering-Information systems)
Previous Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience with Software Development
- At least 3 years of experience with BI management
- Deep knowledge of IT methods and procedures (e.g., Project management, SDLC, etc.)
- Experience in leading solution and solution design
Personal Abilities:
- Fluent in English
- Self-learning
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle matrix work interfaces
- Team player, networking skills
🔎 Work Model:
- Hybrid - 2 times per week on-site (São Paulo - Estação Pinheiros)
💰Salary Range:Â
- R$ 25.000 a R$ 30.000 (CLT) + BenefÃts
