The experience you need:
- 3+ years of experience supporting complex software infrastructure
- Experience with web application troubleshooting and SQL-based databases (e.g., MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle)
- Familiarity with BI or ETL tools (e.g., Power BI, Talend, SSRS, Cognos, etc.) or ability to work with complex formulas
- Experience working with logs and monitoring tools (Grafana, New Relic, Kibana)
- Solid knowledge of Linux environments
- Advanced English and experience communicating with English-speaking customers
- Experience with virtualization and cloud services (AWS, vSphere)
- Web development background and/or programming familiarity (specifically JavaScript)
