Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of brand-driven design across digital, print, and brand assets.
- Own projects end-to-end, proactively moving work forward and communicating blockers when they arise.
- Collaborate closely with the Motion Graphics Designer to create cohesive visual storytelling.
- Contribute to web-related projects and provide a critical eye on UI and digital experiences.
- Propose creative ideas and visual directions that strengthen the brand.
- Conduct periodic audits of social media content to ensure visual consistency and quality.
- Execute hands-on design work while contributing strategic and creative thinking.
Main Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in design roles, ideally in an agency or in-house team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and print work.
- Advanced English level (both spoken and written).
- Highly proactive and self-driven, with strong ownership of tasks.
- Strong conceptual thinking combined with hands-on execution.
- Basic understanding of UI and ability to critically review web design.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience using AI tools in the creative workflow (e.g., Gemini, Claude, or similar).
- Interest or experience in photography and video is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
