Greenole is a technology startup focused on intelligent data management through the integration of IoT and AI.

We are looking for a Mid-Level Marketing Analyst to lead and structure the company’s marketing initiatives.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute B2B growth marketing campaigns, both online and offline, with clear goals, deadlines, and budgets aligned with the company’s strategic objectives;
  • Monitor campaign performance with a focus on KPIs such as ROI, CAC, and conversion rates, generating reports and insights for continuous optimization;
  • Conduct market research and analysis related to CRM, competitive landscape, market trends, and business development, to identify improvement opportunities and guide marketing decisions;
  • Conduct A/B testing and propose adjustments to the user journey and experience;
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM tools, ensuring effective lead nurturing and visibility into the sales funnel stages;
  • Produce strategic content in both Portuguese and English (posts, e-books, videos, presentations, institutional materials, and sales support content) focused on lead generation and qualification;
  • Contribute to the definition of content topics and storytelling across social media and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, website);
  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals;
  • Directly support the CEOs with communication, marketing, and sales-related demands;
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating on brand building and growth strategies;
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities globally, bringing relevant insights to Greenole’s positioning.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related fields from a reputable institution;
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in B2B environments or startups;
  • Generalist profile, with the willingness to be the marketing point of reference within the company;
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
  • Availability to attend external meetings, events, and business trips;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, mainly in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, listening and speaking).

  • Nice-to-haves:
  • Previous experience in startups or B2B companies;
  • Knowledge of building automation and IoT;
  • Previous experience with CRM, paid traffic, or SEO;
  • Skills in design and branding;
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Hubspot, RD, Google, Meta, etc.).
