Required Skills and Qualifications:

 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, specifically in CRM, app insights.
 Knowledge/experience in D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) will be a bonus.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Common Data Service (Dataverse).
 Strong understanding of Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Data Factory.
 Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of D365 applications.
 Ability to customize and configure D365 applications to meet business needs.
 Experience with data migration and integration tools for Dynamics 365.
 Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for D365 development and deployment.
 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
 Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and related applications/modules.

 Provide ongoing application support and maintenance for D365 applications, ensuring system reliability and performance.

 Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and build technical solutions.

 Develop and integrate solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Common Data Service (Dataverse).

 Work on Azure-based services including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory.

 Perform system upgrades, patches, and related system maintenance in conjunction with internal/external partners to ensure optimal system performance.

 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within D365 applications.

 Deliver technical documentation including workflows, high level designs, job aids and processes.

 Ensure that assigned support/maintenance/ development activities are delivered in a timely manner and within defined service level agreements.
