Minimum Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
 CPA or CMA certification preferred, but not required. Public accounting experience a plus
 Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.  Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.  Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud).  Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and financial modeling.
Skills and Abilities:  Ability to manage and make progress on multiple projects simultaneously.  Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Exceptional oral/written communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse
groups.  Advanced English or Spanish level. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English as
working language.  Highly motivated self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and change.  Experience working with tight deadlines and successfully handling multiple priorities simultaneously
with minimal direct supervision.  Excellent work ethic - high standard of performance and production

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounting Analyst to join our accounting
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the financial closing process, performing
in-depth financial analysis, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. This role requires strong
analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively
across departments. This position reports to the Senior Accounting Manager. Key Responsibilities:  Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation and review of
journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.  Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.  Prepare and analyze reports for management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.  Ensure compliance with U.S GAAP and company policies through regular review and analysis of
financial transactions.  Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing accurate and timely financial data.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and streamline processes.  Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support during internal and external audits.  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the
accounting function.
