About the position

We are looking for a Product Owner with strong experience in consignable credit products (INSS), capable of leading strategic initiatives and translating business needs into efficient solutions that comply with the regulatory context.

🚀 Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business, technology, and stakeholders
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, review, refinement)
• Ensure deliverables focused on value and user experience
• Work with multidisciplinary teams (squads)
• Monitor indicators and product evolution

• Strong experience with INSS Consignable Credit
• Mastery of rules and workflows:

  • INSS endorsements
  • Margin reserve (RMC/RCC)
  • Refinancing
  • Portability

  • Digital formalization
