Show originalWe are looking for a Media Coordinator (Brandformance) to join our Marketing team, with a focus on the Estácio brand. This professional will be fundamental to building and executing media strategies that balance brand building with generating direct results, in a dynamic environment focused on innovation in the education sector. The position requires an analytical, strategic profile with leadership capabilities, able to navigate between tactical planning and business vision, ensuring synergy between branding and performance actions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure the connection between the brand's business objectives and media strategies, working in an integrated manner with other Marketing areas.
• Responsible for ensuring that the rationale of the media strategy is applied in the creative line and the brand's business plan;
• Build strategic investment recommendations based on market data, competition, consumer behavior, and historical results.
• Act in identifying brand growth opportunities through audience studies, research, and competitive analyses.
• Develop strategic media plans (online and offline) in partnership with the internal team and advertising agencies;
• Lead campaign monitoring forums with internal areas, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Ensure alignment between planning, execution, measurement, and reporting of media investments.
• Evaluate trends, formats, technologies, and innovation opportunities in media, proposing tests and pilot projects aligned with the brand's objectives.
• Define and monitor awareness, consideration, and business indicators, ensuring the correct measurement of media's contribution throughout the funnel.
• Conduct critical analysis of results and propose continuous optimizations of strategy, channels, audiences, and investments.
• Senior-level executive presentations;
• Manage your team, developing collaborators technically.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Complete Higher Education, preferably in Advertising and Marketing, Marketing, Administration, and/or related fields;
• In-depth knowledge of the media market, with solid skills for defending strategies and negotiations with media outlets.
• Previous experience managing high-complexity campaigns and significant budgets.
• Required experience with full-funnel media planning (online and offline);
Screening: minimum of 5 years
• Required knowledge of full-funnel media metrics;
• Required in-depth knowledge of the media market, as well as skills for defending strategies and negotiations with communication outlets;
• Knowledge in attribution tools (MTA) and/or Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) for traffic and behavior analysis.
• Required technical mastery of paid media platforms and programmatic platforms (Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TikTok Ads) to critique and promote improvements;
• Proficiency in the Office Suite, with advanced mastery of PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Desirable experience in leadership or technical guidance of an agency or own team;
• Desirable knowledge in Media Research (Ibope, Comscore, and Ad Intel);
• Desirable knowledge of Power BI;
• Desirable experience in advertising agencies;
• Certifications in the area are desirable;
• Experience in the education segment will be a differentiator.
