We are looking for a Mid-level Test Analyst with experience in manual and automated testing to join our Quality team.

You will work directly with Business squads, participating in the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that systems meet quality criteria and business needs. You will work in a collaborative environment, focused on continuous learning and constant improvement.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with planning and execution of manual and automated tests;
• Practical knowledge of tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Postman, and testing best practices;
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines;
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) for data validation and integration testing;
• Organizational skills, good communication, and teamwork, especially in remote environments.

Differentials that will make you stand out

• Experience in the insurance sector;
• Experience with API testing and use of tools such as Swagger/Postman;
• Knowledge of version control with Git;
• Understanding of performance, security, or usability testing strategies;
• Experience with ERP or highly integrated systems.

• Create, review, and execute manual and automated test cases;
• Analyze requirements and develop functional and regression test scenarios;
• Automate tests;
• Validate bug fixes and monitor homologation and production cycles;
• Document evidence, failures, and test results clearly and organized;
• Collaborate with the development team in identifying risks and preventing errors.
