Opportunity to work as a Tech Lead PJ on a Digital Government project, focusing on the technical leadership of a platform composed of open-source solutions and proprietary technology.

The person will act as the team's main technical reference, supporting architecture decisions, code quality, platform evolution, and delivery organization. The environment primarily uses TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Next.js, Express, React, and React Native/Expo, in an architecture with microservices, REST APIs, SSO, messaging queues, observability, and SSR/CSR applications.

Main responsibilities

• Technically lead the team, ensuring collaboration, quality, organization, and pace in deliveries.

• Support the development and maintenance of full-stack solutions, involving frontend, backend, and integrations.

• Conduct technical discussions and guide the team on development best practices.

• Participate in platform architecture decisions, considering scalability, performance, traceability, and user experience.

• Identify technical or operational bottlenecks that impact the team and contribute to their resolution.

• Ensure technical quality through code reviews, testing, best practices, pipelines, and continuous improvement of the development cycle.

• Participate in agile rituals, such as refinements, planning, dailies, and retrospectives.

• Act as a technical facilitator in interactions with the client and teams involved in the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in technical leadership.

• Solid experience with Node.js.

• Experience with React and Next.js.

• Knowledge in NestJS or Express.

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.

• Experience with test development.

• Knowledge in containerization, such as Docker.

• Ability to understand distributed architectures and make technical decisions aligned with the project context.

Differentials

• Experience with Kubernetes.

• Knowledge in observability.

• Experience with different software architecture patterns.

• Experience with React Native.

• Knowledge in SSO, OAuth2, or OpenID authentication.

• Experience with CI/CD infrastructure and cloud.

• Experience in Digital Government or public sector projects.
