About the opportunity:
We are looking for a person to act as a Mid-Level Financial Analyst, in direct partnership with area leadership, supporting the organization, control, and evolution of the company's financial routines.
More than just executing operational tasks, we expect a person with a critical eye, organization, and initiative to improve processes, identify inconsistencies, and bring more structure to the financial area.
Main responsibilities:
- Perform control and monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable routines.
- Execute bank reconciliations, payment verification, receipts, and financial transactions.
- Support financial closing, ensuring organization, accuracy, and reliability of information.
- Prepare and update financial reports, management controls, spreadsheets, and area indicators.
- Monitor cash flow, payment forecasts, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Organize documents, receipts, invoices, and necessary information for internal controls.
- Support financial analyses for leadership decision-making.
- Identify inconsistencies, risks, or improvement opportunities in financial processes.
- Propose improvements in controls, spreadsheets, flows, and area routines.
- Support communication with internal areas, suppliers, and partners when necessary.
- Act with responsibility, confidentiality, sense of priority, and attention to deadlines.
What we are looking for:
- Consistent experience in financial routines.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow, and financial closing.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel.
- Good analytical capacity and attention to detail.
- Autonomy to handle day-to-day demands, organize priorities, and signal risks.
- Organized, responsible, discreet, and collaborative profile.
- Ease in handling deadlines, demands, and simultaneous requests.
- Mature posture to work in an area under structuring.
It will be a differential:
- Experience with implementation or improvement of financial controls.
- Experience with ERP or financial systems.
- Experience in technology companies, services, or growth environments.
- Knowledge in automations, dashboards, or process improvement.
- Ease in structuring financial information clearly for leadership.
Contracting model:
PJ model.
On-site work in Alphaville, Barueri.
Must have availability for 100% on-site work.
