At this time, we are looking for a partner for the role of Mid-Level Functional Test Analyst (QA) to join a project developing a new version of a system in the oral health sector.

The purpose of this position is to ensure the quality of what we deliver: designing and executing test cases, verifying business rules, documenting defects, and supporting the validation process.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Elaborate, structure, and run test cases based on requirements, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, and integration tests, as required by the project.
• Verify business flows, integrations, and cross-effects between system modules.
• Document defects clearly, including evidence, step-by-step reproduction instructions, expected results, and actual results.
• Support validation with stakeholders, key users, and business areas.
• Communicate with developers, analysts, and managers to clarify doubts, align scenarios, and track fixes.
• Monitor the development cycle in an agile context, paying attention to demands, priorities, and team rituals.

What we are looking for in you

• 4 to 6 years of experience in software testing, with an emphasis on functional testing.
• Experience in designing, structuring, and executing test cases.
• Background with robust systems, full of flows, business rules, and integrations.
• Mastery in requirements analysis and validation of business rules.
• Sharp communication skills to interact with stakeholders, users, developers, and the rest of the team.
• Familiarity with demand management tools.
• Basic knowledge of development pipelines, versioning, and code control (Git, for example).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, with a focus on Kanban.
• Meticulousness in recording evidence, defects, scenarios, and test results.
• Analytical profile, collaborative, and aware of the impacts that span the entire system.
• Reside in Curitiba or the metropolitan region.

What counts as extra points

• Experience with systems in the health sector.
• Experience with oral health systems, operators, clinics, service delivery, billing, or care processes.
• Previous experience as a requirements analyst or in supporting the gathering and validation of business rules.
• Knowledge of Azure Boards, GitLab, or equivalent tools.
• Experience in support teams, projects, or digital products with significant business rules.

Worth highlighting

Don't worry if you don't have experience with automated testing — it is not a prerequisite. In this role, what truly matters is functional testing, validation of business rules, and support for validation.

Additional information

• Work model: hybrid, with in-person meetings in Curitiba whenever necessary.
• Contract type: B2B (Legal Entity).
• Fees: to be agreed upon.
• Expected schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday (approximately 168 hours/month).
