Our Martech/Dev team is looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic and innovative team. We are seeking a proactive, responsible professional with excellent communication skills, capable of working on all stages of web application development, from front-end to back-end, contributing to the creation of robust and scalable solutions. Activities

• Develop and maintain complete web applications, working on both front-end and back-end, with a focus on performance, scalability, and security;

• Design and implement RESTful APIs, and integrate with relational and non-relational databases;

• Create responsive and interactive interfaces, prioritizing an excellent user experience (UX);

• Work collaboratively with security, infrastructure, and product teams for the continuous evolution of solutions;

• Develop and enhance CRM-style solutions or management platforms;

• Translate business requirements into consistent, high-quality technical deliverables;

• Actively participate in architecture and implementation decisions, ensuring code quality and organization;

• Document code, technical solutions, and best practices adopted in projects.

Requirements

• Complete higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer;

• Proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript;

• Solid knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB);

• Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs;

• Experience with CRM or similar systems, and hands-on experience in product development;

• Familiarity with code versioning (Git) and continuous integration (CI/CD);

• Experience with data visualization (dashboards, interactive charts, libraries such as Chart.js, D3.js);

• Knowledge of low-code/AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Lovable or similar);

• Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills for autonomous work;

• Knowledge of business metrics, CRM, and site/SaaS design will be a plus;

• Availability to work on-site in the South Zone of São Paulo (Chácara Santo Antonio)
