A Stay is a startup/fintech that is shaking up the private pension market, bringing a simple, innovative, and 100% digital experience via WhatsApp. We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our Technology Founding Team and take on the challenge of building a scalable, secure platform that will truly simplify people's financial lives.

📝 In your day-to-day, you will:

• Build together with the team using Node.js + Typescript (using the NestJS framework)
• Collaborate closely with the product team to transform complex ideas into simple and secure features via WhatsApp
• Ensure the safe and scalable evolution of our modular monolith, with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Grow personally and professionally with the team's high technical standards, while also enjoying the light and relaxed atmosphere

💻 Skills

✅ Required:

• At least 5 years of solid experience in Software Engineering/Backend Development with Node + Typescript
• Experience in agile environments and high technical demand
• Proactivity to suggest and implement architecture and code improvements
• Strong desire to learn and solve complex problems

✨ Nice to have

• Experience with NestJS
• Knowledge of Google Cloud (GCP)
• Knowledge of data security practices and compliance (LGPD)
• Experience in the insurance and/or private pension sector
