A Sabiá Gaming is a Brazilian company that operates as a strategic hub in the iGaming and sports betting sector, focusing on market intelligence, performance, and brand positioning within the digital entertainment segment.
We are looking for a HR Manager to establish the department and lead the HR team:
- Implement and lead all HR subsystems, working integrally across HR Operations, Personnel Department, and People Management.
- Ensure complete management of the Personnel Department, ensuring legal compliance in hiring, payroll, benefits, time tracking, vacation, offboarding, taxes, and ancillary obligations, while promoting continuous process improvements.
- Be a key driver in evolving our organizational culture by creating initiatives that strengthen belonging, engagement, and well-being.
- Work closely with the executive team, influencing strategic decisions and contributing to the sustainable growth of the business.
- Develop modern HR policies and development programs aligned with the employee journey and experience.
- Lead transformations, support leaders, foster internal communication, and strengthen our employer brand.
- Manage metrics and provide insights to make HR even more strategic, digital, and results-oriented.
Requirements:
- Full degree in Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields.
- Over 10 years of experience in HR leadership.
- Strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.
- Solid experience in Personnel Department management, including mastery of payroll, labor legislation, compliance, social taxes, e-Social, benefits, and internal audit routines.
- Proficiency in HR subsystems, including DP, HR Operations, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Management.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Experience with KPI analysis, dashboards, and people management metrics.
- Familiarity with digital transformation in HR and technological tools in the area.
