Cloud Solutions Architect

RTM, the integrator hub of the financial market, seeks to support its clients and partners in the architecture of multi-cloud solutions, using different technologies that underpin the Brazilian financial system.

We are looking for someone to join the Cloud Solutions team and actively participate, together with the business area, in client engagement, assisting them in finding the best components and architectures for their various services.

We expect you to be a curious, self-taught individual who seeks information and knowledge, and shares it with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sale of existing solutions in the RTM Cloud portfolio, acting as a technical pre-sales professional alongside the business team.
• Identify new software and solutions in the market to meet the needs presented by clients.
• Conduct solution presentations for clients and other RTM departments.
• Research, study, test, and demonstrate new software and solutions, with support from product and operations teams.
• Interact with the operations team to define the best architecture for new solutions.
• Transfer knowledge to operations, monitoring, and direct client support teams, so they can implement new solutions or improve existing ones.

Essential qualifications:

• Solid experience as a Solutions Architect
• Experience in multi-cloud projects: OpenStack, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Rancher.
• Knowledge of GNU/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in the architecture and configuration of infrastructure services, such as web servers, databases, message queuing, HSM, backup, and others.
• Knowledge in capturing and analyzing metrics for monitoring.
• Technical English for study and meetings with partners and suppliers.

Differentiators:

• CKA, RHCE, LPI, and similar certifications.
• Certifications in AWS, GCP, and Azure environment architecture.
