We have an opportunity to work as a Jr. Support Technician I with one of our clients, in the e-commerce sector, located in the Extrema region - MG, with more than 10 units spread across the country and employing over 29,000 collaborators.
Job Description:
Performs routine and low-complexity tasks, with direct supervision. Focus on learning the company's tools and processes.
Basic, Virtual, and On-site Support: Direct user support for operational questions and assistance with equipment availability (PC, printer, handhelds).
Peripheral Maintenance: Cleaning and unjamming of printer labels, organization of workstations and equipment (batteries, handhelds).
Ticket Management: Opening tickets for encountered issues and using tools like Jira (as a differentiator) for logging.
Hardware and Software Maintenance: Basic knowledge for adjustments in 3D readers and familiarity with the Windows operating system.
Best Practices: Implementation and practice of 5S actions for workplace organization and standardization.
Inventory: Basic notions of inventory management.
Requirements:
- Full availability to work in shifts.
- Full schedule availability.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Profile with excellent communication skills, resilience, and patience to deal with users of different technical knowledge levels.
Nice to have:
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle for commuting to work.
- Higher education in progress or completed, or complete high school technical education in computer formatting, IT courses.
- Knowledge in hardware (computers, Zebra 411 laser printer, thermal printer, handheld), Windows operating system, and Google Workspace tools.
- Basic knowledge of networks, infrastructure, and information security.
- Knowledge in MDM, Jira, and 3D reader adjustment.
Expected behavioral profile: A person aligned with the company's DNA, who is communicative, resilient, patient in dealing with people, and able to explain and guide users who are often non-technical.
