Key Activities:
- Provide on-site technical support for microcomputing (hardware, software, mobile telephony) and network/electrical infrastructure;
- Conduct technical visits for problem diagnosis and resolution;
- Ensure the availability and performance of equipment and systems;
- Analyze, repair, or replace components and devices when necessary;
- Collaborate with the team in developing solutions and continuous improvement of processes;
- Follow internal procedures and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Complete technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Maintenance, or IT, or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields;
- Valid Category B driver's license;
- Availability to travel to nearby cities;
- At least 1 year of experience in maintaining computers, laptops, and electronic products.
Work Model: 100% remote (on-site)
Work Location: Patos de Minas – MG
Working Hours: Commercial hours, Monday to Friday.
