Tasks and Responsibilities

Availability for a 90-day temporary contract;

Completed higher education degree;

Experience hiring technical profiles such as: Software Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Agility, and Product professionals;

Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office).



Delight candidates with an efficient and personalized selection process,

acting in all stages of the end-to-end Recruitment and Selection;

Act as a business consultant, collaborating with teams

and leaders to understand recruitment needs and support them

throughout the entire process;

Be able to establish excellent networking with the Tech audience

to attract Talent to the pipeline;

Conduct passive (funnel) and proactive (sourcing) recruitment;

Use data and metrics to measure the success of the selection process,

SLA, and customer satisfaction levels;

Take initiative and creativity to present recruitment strategies and solutions based on indicators;

Be able to advise leadership on structuring proposals,

conducting negotiations;

Provide feedback to all professionals who dedicated time to

participate in the selection process.
