Must have a complete higher education degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields.
Must have experience managing IT support teams, Field Service, N2 support, and/or field technicians.
Experience with project implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite: Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of MS Project.
Availability for frequent travel.
Availability to accompany technicians at branch locations.
Must possess a valid driver's license, category B.
Responsibilities and duties:
Will be responsible for leading the field support team, monitoring and guiding daily actions.
Will set up, structure, and monitor the IT inventory, including software and hardware.
Will be responsible for the implementation processes of new processes, technologies, and improvements to existing solutions.
Will manage the licensing of subscribed software.
Will identify, analyze, and present improvements to IT equipment and the work of technicians.
Will monitor IT product stock, requesting purchases when necessary.
Will provide support to field technicians, standardizing solutions.
Will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to the N2 Support team (Manuals, Procedures, etc.).
Will control the media and manuals of acquired software versus installed software.
Will analyze and monitor the annual rollout of equipment.
Will visit branch locations weekly.
