Tech Skills:

• Strategic Sourcing Experience: Even if you have prior end-to-end recruitment experience, it is important that you have specifically worked as a Sourcer for at least a period. Approximately 3-4 years of experience would be ideal.
• Tech Role Experience: Desirable, but not mandatory. If the profile is strong and has an interest in working with tech and good technical skills for sourcing, we can consider it.
• Good English communication
• LinkedIn Recruiter Proficiency: Practical experience with boolean searches and advanced hunting strategies.

Soft Skills:

• Communication (ability to interact with different stakeholders and maintain clear alignments).
• Analysis and critical thinking (for CV evaluation, interpreting data, conducting market research, and analyzing job descriptions, etc.).
• Time management and prioritization: Organize demands efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Resilience and composure under pressure: Ability to handle tight deadlines and challenging situations without compromising delivery quality.
