We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join the team of one of our clients! If you are a professional with fluent English and robust experience in platform development, this may be your chance to grow.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions across various modules.
• Developing and configuring the platform using JavaScript, HTML, and best practices.
• Creating custom workflows, Service Catalog items, and record producers.
• Configuring business rules, UI policies, and scripts to enhance logic and user experience.
• Actively participating in Agile/SCRUM teams.

What we are looking for in you:

• Fluent English to interact with stakeholders in the US.
• Practical experience in various ServiceNow modules.
• Solid knowledge of CMDB, App Engine Studio, and Service Portal.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with Now Assist and Customer Service Delivery (CSD).

Certifications are a plus, especially:

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM, HRSD, or CSM
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Micro-certifications (Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, etc.)
