We are looking for a Functional QA to join one of our four new squads (Variable Income/Derivatives, Accounting Funds/Assets, Fixed Income, or Swap). The main focus will be ensuring delivery quality through detailed functional testing, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory rules of the financial market.

The Challenge

• Execute functional and manual tests on high-impact products and features for the investment unit.
• Validate business requirements and market rules (CVM, ANBIMA) within fund and asset workflows.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) alongside developers and Product Owners.
• Ensure that middle-office and back-office processes are operating with excellence and without system failures.

What You Need to Have

• Experience: Solid background as a QA with a focus on functional testing.
• Business Knowledge: Desirable experience or familiarity with the Financial Market/Investments.
• Profile: Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to easily translate business needs into test scenarios.

Differential: Previous experience in Asset Management, fund administration, or investment banks.
