Our expectations

We are looking for a highly qualified ProdOps Specialist to serve as the vital connection between our Product Management and DevOps/Engineering teams. This role ensures that product strategy, technical delivery, and operational performance remain aligned throughout the entire product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is proactive, technically strong, and comfortable working across multiple teams to promote clarity, stability, and efficiency in both product development and operations.

Who we are looking for

Responsibilities:

1. Product–DevOps Liaison

Act as the main bridge between the Product and DevOps teams.

Translate business and product challenges into operational and technical actions.

Manage incidents across all development teams.

Ensure alignment between product roadmap priorities and technical implementation.

2. Incident Management and Operations

Manage and prioritize high-severity tickets under short SLAs.

Use ITSM tools (such as Jira/ServiceNow) for incident tracking and monitoring.

Support root cause analysis and drive remediation efforts for recurring issues.

Promote the creation and maintenance of troubleshooting documentation.

3. Technical Expertise

Work in partnership with engineering teams to ensure operational readiness and high-quality delivery.

4. Project and Program Coordination

Coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.

5. Stakeholder Communication

Build and maintain trust with stakeholders at all levels, including external partners.

Provide clear and proactive updates on operational health, priorities, and project progress.

6. Continuous Improvement and Strategic Alignment

Maintain alignment between operational activities and broader business goals.

Recommend improvements in processes, tools, and execution to increase product efficiency and reliability.

Promote DevOps best practices, such as automation, observability, and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) optimization.
