The ideal candidate should have the right background, with experience in technical squads. Developer experience is not required, but the professional must have sufficient knowledge to communicate effectively with technical teams. Profiles from former business analysts or developers are suitable. Banks such as Itaú, Santander, Bradesco, PicPay, GetNet, Stone, Cielo, C6 Bank, and fintechs are examples of companies with the desired profile. The candidate must have experience with SQL,
performing simple extractions and queries, and also be familiar with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Additionally, they must have experience in stakeholder management and complex products, being senior or specialist, preferably specialist. Knowledge in AI and data products is a plus.
