We are looking for a Senior SAP VIM Functional Specialist to join a critical mission project focused on compliance and invoice management. The main challenge will be to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in configuring the VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) module and in its integration with tax and document receipt requirements.

Experience with the DRC Inbound flow (Digital Reporting/Tax Compliance) is a crucial and mandatory requirement for this position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as an expert in configuring the SAP VIM module, optimizing supplier invoice receipt and management processes.
• Lead the functional analysis and implementation of projects involving tax compliance requirements and the DRC Inbound flow.
• Ensure the correct integration of VIM Business Processes with SAP FI/MM modules.
• Interact with global technology and business teams, serving as the technical and functional reference for the client.
• Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation (Blueprints and specifications).

Mandatory Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
• Proven experience in projects involving DRC Inbound (Brazilian tax compliance differentials).
• English for Conversation: Fluent communication in English is mandatory for global meetings and alignments.
• Proficiency in configuring Business Processes, workflows, and reporting in SAP.
• Completed higher education degree.
