Data Engineering structuring and building and maintaining conversational flows in Blip AI and Botmaker.

Support in structuring the new chatbot environment within Botmaker.

Development and support in API integration for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis;

Application of analytics techniques to evaluate chatbot metrics and performance.

Creation of dashboards and reports using Power BI or Looker to monitor and optimize interactions.

Collaboration with engineering and data analysis teams to ensure the best chatbot performance.

Experience with chatbot development in Blip AI and Botmaker.

Knowledge in API integration for data extraction and manipulation.

Experience in data subtraction, elaboration, and analysis.

Knowledge in Power BI or Looker for data visualization and report generation.

Familiarity with conversational flow modeling and NLP (Natural Language Processing).

Ability to structure new chatbot environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Languages: Python (currently, but we can hire with other languages)
