Manage and supervise the operations and daily maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in a datacenter.

Identify risks and perform quality assessments of the operation and maintenance of IDC suppliers.

Act as a technical professional for all issues related to installations within the datacenter, escalating to the headquarters (HQ) technical team as necessary.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of critical equipment failures.

Resolve issues and report facility and server-level events within internal SLAs.

Create and implement new standard practices for technicians and IDC supplier support teams.

Provide training and guidance to the operations team, including MOP (Maintenance Operation Procedure), SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), and EOP (Emergency Operation Procedure).

Ensure that all EHS (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures are followed by the supplier and client teams.
