Position Description
We are looking for a professional with a hybrid profile, who possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate with mastery between the Business (Tax/Fiscal) and Technology (IT) areas. This professional will be responsible for leading and coordinating critical projects related to Tax Reform, ensuring the stability, evolution, and integration of transactional systems, as well as managing suppliers and the area's budget.
Main Responsibilities
- Tax Reform Management: Coordinate the implementation and evolution of the Tax Reform project, including SAP, QS3, Triangulus systems, and other corporate fiscal solutions.
- Project Leadership and Improvements: Lead system update projects, integrations (APIs, WebServices), and continuous improvements to functionalities.
- Business-IT Interface: Act as a facilitator between the Tax/Finance areas and technical teams/suppliers, translating business needs into IT solutions.
- Financial Management: Act in the management and optimization of IT costs, controlling CAPEX and OPEX budgets aimed at system maintenance.
- Supplier Management: Monitor the performance of technology partners and third parties, ensuring strict compliance with SLAs and service levels.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure system stability, performance, and strict adherence to information security policies and compliance.
- Support and Training: Plan and conduct training and technical-level support for users of fiscal and transactional platforms.
Required Requirements
- Education: Complete higher education in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Administration, and/or related fields.
- Leadership Experience: Mandatory and consolidated prior experience in leadership and coordination positions of technical teams/projects.
- Technical Experience: Solid experience in support/maintenance of transactional systems in tax and financial environments, with direct involvement in the SAP FI and SD modules (whether in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments).
- Additional Technical Knowledge: Programming logic and analytical capacity for data queries/analysis (MS SQL Server), system integration, and practical experience with Agile Methodologies.
Languages: Intermediate English or Spanish is desirable (not mandatory). The professional only needs to feel comfortable for sporadic interactions and alignments with the Mexico team (the use of "Portuñol" is well accepted).
