We have an opportunity to work as a Junior Laboratory Assistant at our client, a technology company headquartered in Uruguay, which offers e-commerce solutions so that individuals and businesses can buy, sell, pay, advertise, and ship products via the internet. It operates in 18 countries and is the most popular e-commerce site in Latin America in terms of visitors.

Activities:

  • Operation of state-of-the-art machines and modern equipment at our client's newest Innovation Laboratory
  • Organization of the Warehouse and Electronics Laboratory.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of innovative prototypes.
  • Maintain direct contact with operations to identify improvement opportunities and new solutions to develop.
  • Apply hardware and software knowledge to support Innovation Lab Analysts and Specialists in the specific daily demands of each project.
  • Improve and maintain already implemented solutions.
  • Operation of Machines and Equipment in the Electronics Laboratory
  • Perform Maintenance, Assembly, and Testing of Prototypes and Electro-electronic Equipment on workbenches and in the field.
  • Conduct Inventory of Warehouse Components and Electro-electronic Equipment
  • Address Innovation Lab project demands

Requirements:

  • Education: Have completed or be in the final year of a technical course in:
  • Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation and Control, Robotics, and related fields.
  • Interest in working with the assembly of electro-electronic hardware on workbenches and in the field.
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Mechatronics, Computer Vision, Augmented Reality, and Image Processing/Recognition.
  • Be proactive and have the ability to learn and investigate independently.

Desirable experience working with modular cameras, RFID, 3D printing, mobile devices, electronic CAD for PCB, and mechanical CAD for 3D modeling.


Work location: Barueri - SP

Schedule: 5x2 - Part Time - 4 hours within the period from 09:00 to 17:00
