Today, I speak on behalf of Coty, one of the leading companies in the beauty industry worldwide, a multinational of French origin, which is looking for a VIP Support Analyst to join its team.

This professional will be responsible for:

- Providing VIP support to the company's executives, acting strategically and dedicatedly in Technical Support and HelpDesk routines.

- Monitoring and executing technical support routines and mediating with partner areas (suppliers and internal IT departments).

- Providing consultative/technical support in Infrastructure, software, and hardware, fixed and mobile telephony, among others.

- Other administrative/general routines of the area.

Important prerequisites:

- Consolidated experience in Technical Support, with global knowledge of the area.

- Residing in the Greater São Paulo area.

- Completed or currently pursuing a higher education degree in IT or related fields.

Hiring Information

Employment model: CLT (Brazilian Labor Law) for an indefinite term.

Work location: On-site in São Paulo

Working hours: Business hours, Monday to Friday.
