Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide VIP support to company executives, acting strategically and dedicatedly in Technical Support and HelpDesk routines.
  • Monitor and execute technical support routines and mediate with partner areas (suppliers and internal IT departments).
  • Provide consultative/technical support in Infrastructure, software, and hardware, fixed and mobile telephony, among others.
  • Other administrative/general routines of the area.

Requirements:

  • Consolidated experience in Technical Support, with global knowledge of the area.
  • Reside in the Greater São Paulo area.
  • Complete higher education or currently studying in IT or related fields.
