We are looking for Senior IT Support Analysts to join a mission-critical support team. We seek professionals with N1 and N2 profiles, focused on in-depth diagnostics and palliative solutions. It is essential to have solid knowledge in Azure (AKS/Kubernetes), messaging with Kafka, and PostgreSQL/Redis databases.
You will work in a robust operation, serving as the technical reference during your shift to ensure the stability of cloud-based and messaging ecosystems.
What you will do:
- Diagnosis and resolution of complex incidents (Level 1 and 2) in a production environment.
- Active monitoring of environment health and in-depth log analysis.
- Creation of scripts and palliative solutions to ensure service continuity.
- Technical interface with engineering and project management teams.
Technical Requirements (Must-have):
- Mastery of Azure, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Kafka, S3, and AWS Secrets Manager.
- PostgreSQL (advanced SQL) and Redis (NoSQL).
- Experience with Jenkins and monitoring/logging tools.
- Basic knowledge of .NET Core to assist with troubleshooting.
- Advanced English (Level B2 to C1) for global interface.

Schedules and Shift Rotation: The position operates on a 12x36 schedule, with the following activity windows:
- Day Shift: From 07:00 to 19:00.
- Night Shift: From 19:00 to 07:00.
- Relief Position: Working during business hours, focused on vacation coverage and consultative support to the internal team.
