Description of activities:
The professional will have a profile focused on the daily operation and maintenance (O&M) of data storage infrastructure (Storage), ensuring service availability, executing planned changes, and resolving incidents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Support (O&M):
- Perform continuous monitoring of the storage environment and provide daily status reports via email.
- Execute routine Health Checks on Storage equipment and generate technical reports.
- Collect and analyze equipment information, such as Licenses, Databases, KPIs, Traces, and Alarms.
- Change and Maintenance Management:
- Support the client in executing operational changes, such as software patch updates and firmware upgrades on storage units.
- Prepare Maintenance Operational Procedures (MOP) for low and medium-risk activities.
- Apply and execute Change Requests (RFC) in a production environment following maintenance windows.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Handle and process Service Request (SR) tickets of simple and medium levels.
- Perform operational troubleshooting of hardware failures and storage network connectivity (SAN/NAS).
- Escalate complex incidents to GTAC or HQ and follow up until final resolution.
- Provide basic on-site technical support, such as monitoring disk, controller, or cable replacements.
- Reports and Quality:
- Prepare monthly performance and capacity reports for the client.
- Support in technical meetings to discuss ticket status and operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Technical Experience: Proven operational experience in support and administration of Storage (SAN/NAS) systems.
- Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with storage technologies (e.g., OceanStor, Dorado, Tape Drives, FC Switches).
- IT Management: Knowledge of incident and change management processes (ITIL).
- Operational Skills: Ability to prepare MOPs, execute RFCs, and perform first and second-level troubleshooting.
- Languages: Advanced English is mandatory for technical interface with GTAC and reading global HQ documentation.
Desirable:
- Technical certifications in Storage (HCIA/HCIP Storage).
- Basic knowledge in virtualized environments and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
- Previous experience in mission-critical environments (Data Centers).
Employment Model: CLT Randstad contract assigned to the client.

Work Location: São Paulo/SP (Chácara Santo Antônio Region)
Working Hours: Availability to work from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM - Monday to Friday.
