We are looking for a PL Systems Analyst to join our IT Coordination team. If you are a mature professional with a relational profile who enjoys acting as a bridge between business and technical development, this position is for you!

YOUR CHALLENGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: You will work with the various businesses in the group, being a key piece in structuring new projects and maintaining legacy systems.

• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders.
• Ensure technical documentation of projects and analyze technical feasibility.
• Create use cases and test scripts for validation.
• Monitor development, removing impediments and clarifying technical questions for developers.
• Conduct frequent follow-ups with Project Managers (PMs) and coordination.
• Support effort estimation and resource allocation planning.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in post-delivery critical analyses.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Full Higher Education degree in IT or related areas (Mandatory Requirement).
• Experience: Solid experience as a Systems Analyst, with a focus on requirements and technical documentation.
• Technical: Proficiency in SQL (creating queries, joins, filters, and reading relational models).
• Work Model: Availability to work in a hybrid model in Curitiba/PR (1 day per week in the office).

IT WILL BE A DIFFERENTIATOR:

• Knowledge in C# (Asp.Net).
• Knowledge in PHP (Laravel).
