We are looking for a Junior Systems Analyst to be the link between technology and operations on the factory floor of a large industry in Joinville. Your mission will be to ensure that the transition to the new SAP/MES system occurs with excellence, supporting users in real-time and ensuring the integrity of production data.


Important Information about the Contract:


  • Contract Type: Temporary with an expected end date of September 30, but with real chances of permanent hiring based on your performance on the project.
  • Format: 100% On-site in Joinville/SC.
  • Hours: Business hours.

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:


  • Ensuring the integrity, timeliness, and quality of production and maintenance data entry in the MES/SAP system;
  • Working directly on the factory floor to train, empower, and monitor operators in the use of system interfaces;
  • Ensuring that downtime and material consumption entries are executed correctly;
  • Identifying technical or usability difficulties, correcting inconsistencies immediately, or reporting systemic failures to the implementation team;
  • Monitoring approximately 50 machines in production, verifying the consistency of entered data;
  • Generating simple utilization indicators for reporting to the maintenance management at the end of each shift.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Previous experience of approximately 2 years in system support, process analysis, or IT routines focused on the industry;
  • Familiarity or strong interest in working with SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) systems;
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and a didactic profile (you will interact directly with production operators on a daily basis);
  • Analytical profile and attention to detail to identify data deviations in real-time;
  • Reside in Joinville or the surrounding region;
  • Availability for immediate start.
