We are recruiting a Junior Systems Analyst to ensure operational efficiency during the implementation of the SAP/MES system in a large industry. This professional will be the strategic link between the factory floor operations and data management, working directly at the Perini Industrial District in Joinville, to ensure the integrity and quality of production and maintenance information.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Ensure the integrity, timeliness, and quality of production and maintenance data entries in the MES and SAP systems;
• Train and supervise operators in person on the use of system interfaces on the factory floor;
• Ensure that downtime and material consumption entries are executed correctly and in compliance with the process flow;
• Identify technical or usability difficulties in real time, correcting inconsistencies immediately;
• Monitor approximately 50 machines in production, verifying the consistency of data entered in the system;
• Report recurring system failures to the implementation team for structural corrections;
• Generate simple utilization indicators at the end of each shift for reporting to the maintenance management;
• Validate whether SAP environment updates and information are functioning as expected in the industrial environment;
• Act as a facilitator in user training to ensure proper system implementation and functionality;
• Ensure adherence to the new system and the operational performance of the plant.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Education: Higher Education (completed or in progress) in Engineering, Administration, or Technical Course in IT;
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with experience in an industrial environment;
• Language: Technical level English.

Proficiency in:

• Interaction with SAP (viewing, verifying, or updating data);
• Data entry routines for production (MES);
• Office Suite for generating basic indicators;
• Interpretation of industrial process flows.
