Responsibilities and duties
Analyze, evaluate feasibility, and develop information systems, aiming to rationalize and/or automate processes and work routines across the company's various departments;
Train and monitor users in the use/integration of developed or third-party acquired systems, aiming to ensure their proper functioning;
Participate in data gathering and the definition of methods and resources necessary for the implementation of systems and/or modification of existing ones;
Provide support for ERP applications.
Requirements and qualifications
Completed higher education;
Experience in ERP system support;
Knowledge of ITIL methodology and project management;
Postgraduate degree and technical English will be considered differentiators.
