Now, we have an unmissable opportunity for one of our clients, a dealership company present in the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, which represents important automakers in the national scene: Fiat, Renault, Toyota, Volvo, Hyundai, BYD, Geely, and Dafra.
The professional will be responsible for identifying, mapping, designing, and implementing automations (RPA/integrations) for operational and transactional back-office routines, ensuring efficiency, standardization, traceability, and error reduction, with a priority focus on processes in the Finance Department (Accounts Payable/Receivable, reconciliations, closings, banking routines, and audit support). They will also work on improving processes before automation, ensuring adherence to business rules and solution sustainability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Map and prioritize financial processes with high rework and operational impact (e.g., bank reconciliation, bill payment, bank return verification, status updates, extractions, and cross-referencing).
- Design end-to-end automation (AS-IS/TO-BE), identifying opportunities for simplification and improvement before automating.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain robots/automations in market tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, and/or Python scripts), applying security standards, traceability, logs, and operational governance.
- Manage the automation lifecycle: feasibility analysis, functional design, development, testing (including UAT with the user), deployment, monitoring, and support.
- Perform integrations and data manipulation between systems (e.g., ERP/DMS, internal databases, files, and spreadsheets), ensuring consistency, reconciliation, and version control.
- Implement and sustain automations related to Dealernet and NBS, focusing on transactions and financial routines (payments, reconciliations, verifications, validation reports, extractions, and operational linkages).
- Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation: workflows, business rules, exception handling, test plans, automation catalog, and operational procedures (runbook).
- Provide support (N2/N3) and continuous improvement: incident resolution, root cause analysis, corrections, performance adjustments, and recurrence prevention.
- Ensure adherence to controls and compliance: segregation of duties, audit trail, robot access/credential control, and information security best practices (including LGPD when applicable).
- Support the measurement of gains and results: hours saved, error reduction, SLA, robot availability, processed volume, and operational stability.
Technical Competencies (Hard Skills):
- Automation/RPA/Low-code: practical experience with UiPath, Power Automate, and/or Python for routine automation.
- Process mapping and improvement: BPM, SIPOC, AS-IS/TO-BE, requirements gathering, and functional design.
- Automation lifecycle: feasibility -> development -> testing -> deployment -> support.
- Integration and data: interface-based automation (when necessary), API consumption when available, file/spreadsheet manipulation, and data processing for reconciliations and validations. 4.5 Experience and knowledge of financial transactions and operational routines in Dealernet and NBS, including extractions, verifications, and financial linkages.
- Fundamentals of financial processes: accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, bank returns, closing, and operational controls.
