Requirements:
Basic knowledge of SEO, data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, LookerStudio, SEMrush, Google Ads, and Meta Business).
Intermediate/advanced English (for reading/writing)
Experience with multiple simultaneous tasks and process/project tracking (e.g., agency support) / prior experience in digital marketing operational activities will be a plus.
Interpersonal communication skills and teamwork.
Organization, willingness to learn, and resilience.
Desirable:
Complete degree in Marketing, Administration, PP, or related fields.
Advanced English (conversation)
Specialization courses in SEO and/or media.
In Media:
Understand and relay marketing team requests to corporate media + agency (e.g., requests: Review of items in the media plan, adjustment of plan briefings, questions about execution).
Track requests with the requesting teams (e.g., follow-up on the aforementioned requests with the corporate media team and media agency, ensuring the progress of jobs).
Monitor recurring results and provide specific reports to the marketing teams (e.g., Report to the marketing team the results of requested adjustments, send updates on plan results).
Website Updates and SEO:
Organize and relay marketing requests for content updates (e.g., new product and article texts and images) and SEO requests (e.g., short texts, keywords, metatags, titles, etc.) to agencies/partner areas (technical agencies, content agency, SEO agency, Ecomm team).
Approve, with the Regulatory and Content teams, the brand texts/content that will be published on the website. (Submit the request in the workflow, monitor approval, and mediate any necessary adjustments).
Monitor the aforementioned requests (e.g., follow-up with partners who are executing).
Monitor and report on site UX data through tools and A/B tests (e.g., Google Analytics and Hotjar).
Align deadlines with requesting areas.
