As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work in a new and challenging environment, exploring your communication skills, attitude, and influence daily. You will be responsible for supporting the growth of the marketing department with the goal of creating real value for users, in order to impact and improve the brand's relationship with all of them.

In this position, you will…

• Lead the "end-to-end" process of creating new Marketing campaigns: strategy, implementation, and measurement of results;
• Create and monitor the journey and funnel of different user profiles present in the marketplace;
• Monitor media, CRM, and business results with the objective of seeking improvement opportunities for campaigns and/or projects;
• Lead agency management to: Build communication and campaign briefings; Manage day-to-day tasks and campaign metrics to identify opportunities;
• Manage internal stakeholders by providing guidelines and ensuring consistency of brand guidelines;
• Monitor marketing and business KPIs and incorporate learnings and insights into the project and routine;
• Capable of analyzing marketing data independently and recommending solutions for medium-complexity situations with the objective of improving results not only for the projects you are working on, but also for the marketing department as a whole;
• Manage the financial/operational scope of expenses generated by the project.

Experience:

• Problem-solving, autonomy, and self-management;
• Knowledge of marketing tools, development of communication plans, content creation, and influencer marketing.
