Senior Operations Analyst (Data) – Exclusive for PCD

Location: Av. Paulista, 2537 (WeWork) – São Paulo/SP

Model: Hybrid (3x in-person | 2x remote)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Employment Type: CLT (indeterminate – direct with the company)

About the opportunity

Work on the 99 Food project, within the Logistics area (delivery drivers).

The professional will be responsible for strategic data analysis focused on:

• Growth and driver engagement
• Data-driven decision making
• Creation and monitoring of campaigns with financial incentives

Expected profile: someone who bridges the technical and business aspects, with an end-to-end vision, not just staying in analysis, but also actively participating in strategic decisions.

Main responsibilities

• Analyze driver engagement data (delivery volume, peak hours, campaign adoption, etc.)
• Build queries from scratch (without using AI) during analysis and technical tests
• Develop robust analyses to support strategic decisions
• Work with global teams (including interaction with teams in China)
• Participate in meetings and presentations in English
• Work with data focused on campaigns and financial incentives

Mandatory requirements

• Higher education degree (Production Engineering, Statistics, or related fields)
• Advanced English (mandatory)
• Advanced SQL (strong mastery, including complex joins and queries from scratch)
• Minimum experience as a Data Analyst or similar
• Analytical profile, proactive and with good communication skills

Differentials

• Python
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Databricks)
• Background as a Business Analyst

Important notes

• There will be a live technical test with the manager (creating a query from scratch)
