Brief description of the area and team structure
● Project Name: Trades Digitalization.
● Project/Contract Duration: 9 months (270 days)
● Department/Team Description where the professional will work: The professional will work in the
Digital Engagement team, which is one of the pillars of the company's Digital structure. The area is
responsible for PMB's B2B portal, focused on relationships with retailers, including
e-commerce, order tracking, and campaign communication.
● Report to: Initially to Thiago Flamia
● Team Structure: The Digital Engagement team has a projects pillar, a communication pillar, and an engagement pillar (where this role fits).
● Subordination: Not applicable.
Brief description of the expected profile
● Description of activities: The position is predominantly analytical, with a focus
on data.
Analyze and manage engagement KPIs, access, and customer participation in
campaigns.
Maintain databases and perform daily manual data loads to ensure that
retailers can track their goals on the portal.

Act as the focal point for the field team (salespeople), answering questions about
data via Teams or WhatsApp.
The role involves a relevant operational component.
● Requirements:
Technical: Advanced Excel proficiency is essential. Knowledge of
formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables is expected.
Behavioral: A communicative profile is essential, as the person will be the point of contact
for the sales team and needs to communicate well to answer questions and resolve
issues. The previous professional did not adapt because they did not enjoy the communication aspect and
the operational nature of the role.
● Desirable:
Knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
● Seniority Level: Mid-level Analyst
● Expected Experience: We are looking for a professional with experience in administrative or sales areas, to align expectations regarding the technical and
operational nature of the role.
● Education / Degree: Preference for degrees in Administration, Economics, or related fields. Professionals with degrees in Technology will also be considered, provided
they have the desired administrative/sales profile. Candidates currently pursuing a
degree may participate in the process, provided the course is in the evening.

Job Description
● Salary Type: Monthly

● Work Model: Hybrid. Mandatory office attendance once a week
(Tuesday), with a second optional day. Availability to come to the
office more frequently during the onboarding period is required.
