Position: Strategic Account Executive (Field Key Account Executive)
Work Model: Hybrid - 2 days per week in-person at our office in the Brigadeiro area - SP (green line of the subway)

Nexxto is expanding its commercial team and is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to work in B2B Enterprise (high-ticket) consultative sales, conducting negotiations with C-level executives and mid-level leadership of major healthcare institutions in Brazil.
This is a strategic position with high impact on recurring revenue (MRR) generation and Enterprise customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for acquiring monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and meeting established targets;
- Follow, organize, and monitor processes, routines, and the sales CRM;
- Prepare reports with the closing strategy (RMTC) for forecast meetings;
- Support B2B Enterprise healthcare clients in the decision-making process, creating value in relationships with their stakeholders;
- Act across various stages of the Customer Journey and funnel, in addition to closing deals, conducting all negotiations regarding commercial terms;
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POC) or demonstrations of Nexxto's solutions for technical validation of the solution;
- Be responsible for a portfolio of clients, with whom you must conduct the commercial process in a consultative and strategic manner;
- Present materials, concepts, technology, and results to C-level executives and mid-level leadership of major healthcare institutions in Brazil;
- Participate in events organized by Marketing to engage with Key Accounts;
- Align your activities and report directly to the CRO / Founder.
Main Requirements:
- Higher education degree in Marketing, HR, Psychology, Engineering, Nursing, Administration, or related fields
- Specialization or postgraduate course in the area
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales (high-ticket - above R$ 10k / month)
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Sense of urgency
- Negotiation skills
- Tolerance for sales cycles common to high-ticket B2B Sales
- Ease in building relationships and dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and build complex ROI models
- Strategic business vision, budget management, and people management
- Proficiency in English for reading and audiovisual comprehension
Desirable Competencies:
- Proven experience and relationships in the healthcare sector
- Higher education degree or specialization in the healthcare area
- Experience with ABSD and ABM methodology (High-Ticket Enterprise Sales)
- Experience selling to Enterprise clients (High Touch)
- Knowledge of revenue architecture and Winning by Design methodology
