We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to work in the recruitment and selection process of technology professionals, ensuring the attraction of the best talents for our opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes for technology positions (Development, Infrastructure, Data, Security, among others).
- Align profile with managers and clients.
- Act in the advertising of vacancies in different platforms and attraction channels.
- Conduct resume screening, competency-based interviews, and behavioral assessments.
- Manage candidate pipeline and follow up the entire selection process until hiring.
- Maintain relationship with candidates and managers during all stages of the process.
- Support the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and talent attraction strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection of IT professionals.
- Knowledge of technical profiles (Developers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, among others).
- Experience with recruitment tools and search platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Geek, etc.).
- Good communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
