💼 About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Java Tech Lead to work on a strategic Special Check project, responsible for the technical leadership of requirements, writing and refining user stories, alignment among involved areas, and monitoring project deliverables.

The professional will have strong collaborative engagement with different tribes and stakeholders, ensuring visibility of dependencies, risk management, and continuous evolution of deliverables, in addition to providing technical support to the team in developing scalable and high-quality solutions.

🛠 Technical Requirements

✅ Solid experience as a Tech Lead or technical leadership in Java projects

✅ Strong knowledge in Java and Spring Boot ecosystem

✅ Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs

✅ Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

✅ Experience in gathering, writing, and refining technical and functional user stories

✅ Ability to manage dependencies and monitor deliverables across multiple tribes/teams

✅ Experience in defining technical solutions and supporting the development team

✅ Knowledge in system integration and distributed architecture

✅ Experience with versioning tools and CI/CD

✅ Strong communication skills and interaction with business and technology areas
