Responsibilities:

• Technically lead the development team
• Define the architecture and technical direction of solutions
• Drive the modernization of legacy systems
• Develop and evolve applications in .NET (C#)
• Design and maintain a microservices-based architecture
• Work in a cloud environment (AWS)
• Ensure best practices for quality, security, and performance
• Collaborate closely with business areas (Credit, Products, Risks)
• Support strategic decisions related to technology

Required qualifications:

• Solid experience as a Tech Lead or Senior with technical leadership experience
• Strong experience in .NET / .NET Core (C#)
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Experience with architecture modernization (monolith to microservices)
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Experience with CI/CD and version control (Git)
• Experience in regulated or mission-critical environments

Differentiators:

• Experience in the banking sector
• Experience with credit and payroll-deducted loan solutions
• Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
