We are looking for a Scrum Master to work on a development team, ensuring the smoothness of deliveries and the continuous evolution of agile processes.

Responsibilities:

Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments for the team

Monitor the day-to-day of the development team, ensuring productivity and quality in deliveries

Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement

Work closely with the technical team and stakeholders

Requirements:

Experience as a Scrum Master in technology teams

Knowledge of the Pega platform

Understanding of: Workflows; UI (interfaces); Data Model; Validation Rules

Knowledge in APIs and connectors

Good communication and collaborative profile

Differentials:
